The pairing of California girl extraordinaire Pamela Anderson and legendary British punk designer Vivienne Westwood could have gone terribly wrong, but now that the pictures are out we can finally see that these two fashion extremes are a match made in heaven. Well, maybe not heaven – but the pairing of Vivienne Westwood’s pale gothic look with Pamela Anderson’s tan/blonde/busty centerfold-ness is certainly interesting and exciting. Pamela Anderson and Vivienne Westwood met during last year’s London Fashion week, and word is that Ms. Westwood was so enamored with Pam’s quirkiness that she quickly asked her to be the face (and body!) of her Spring 09 campaign.

We love how Pamela breathes life to Westwood’s trademark style — and we LOVE that Vivienne covered much of Pamela up but she still looks as sexy as always.
