Working on a new episode of “Gossip Girl,” Blake Lively was noticed in Long Island City, Queens, New York yesterday (August 24).

The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” hottie texted on her cell phone in between duties, and was also spotted in a long white robe as she walked throughout the bunch.

While today (August 25) is a big day for Ms. Lively- she’s celebrating her 24th birthday and an uber-successful career to date.
